1. Baby Wildlife

Explore the stunning whale watching park with its iconic light house, whale watching platforms and interpretive trails. Look for majestic Bald Eagle parents teaching their eaglets how to fly, baby seals, waiting so patiently for their Mom to come back from hunting, and Humpbacks returning from Hawaii with their babes in tow.

Please keep a respectful distance and never ever feed wildlife.

Walk the prairie high above the Salish Sea at American Camp National Park when it is abloom with Blue camas, wild roses, lupines, poppies and all kinds of other wildflowers. Look for seabirds, foxes and bunnies and walk on designated trails only to help protect the fragile habitat of the endangered Island Marble Butterfly.
